We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely experience overall. The rooms were bright, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is located up in the hills, so getting to the historic parts of Dilijan usually requires a taxi or a car, especially after dark. Fortunately, taxis in Dilijan are very affordable, so this was not a major inconvenience for us. The breakfast was quite basic, and the swimming pool is rather small, but these were minor drawbacks compared with the overall comfort and atmosphere of the hotel.

The main things we didn’t like were that the towels could have been cleaner, and there is very little space to walk around the hotel or nearby.

Rustige ligging, mooi uitzicht. Ruime kamers Zeer mooie cottage, goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. De hottub in de tuin was heerlijk

Ontbijt start pas om 10u, dat is voor ons met kleine kinderen erg laat. We misten een map met informatie: wifi-code, tijdstip van check-out, tijdstip van ontbijt, ... Personeel aan de receptie sprak geen Engels. WiFi werkte niet goed.

Новый отель, все новое. Пожалуй это единственный явный и существенный плюс. Часть персонала душевная и внимательная, часть отстраненная. Процессы не налажены, все на человеческом факторе.

Очень не удобный матрас. Он мягкий и любое шевеление второго человека передается по нему. Матрас тонкий и бортики кровати находятся выше уровня матраса, сидеть не удобно, спать тоже. Завтраки не очень понравились. Возможно просто в других местах Армении завтраки были слишком хорошие и этот завтрак выглядел крайне скудно на их фоне. Отваливалось сидение на унитазе, говорили об этом персоналу но ни какой реакции не последовало. Очень плохая дверь, По всему периметру щели, ночью проникает свет, а звуки круглосуточно. В номере нет чайника и вообще ничего из кухонных принадлежностей, за горячей водой для чая надо ходить в столовую.
