Location and beautiful villa
The cleaners didn’t give towels every day or do dishes and the top room got animal poo on it and a bit secluded from everyone up the top

Loved the villa. Was perfect for 5 adults and had plenty of space. Putra and his team were very friendly and so helpful. Pool was great and a good size and depth. Close enough to shops and bars

The size of the villa, the size of the bathrooms are amazing! Very new and well kept. Putra and his team took care of our needs well and was responsive even in the evenings / after office hours.
Lots of mosquitoes, but I guess it's like this everywhere in Bali

The ground floor area is large - location is close to nice cafes and in a quiet area
The villa was not well maintained - there was patch work done to the villa and was very noticeable. The first floor hallway has glass and mesh creating a lot of heat and the mesh does not stop bugs and mosquitos entering the villa. Looks nice but it is not practical.
