Un peu loin du centre Petit déjeuner pas de confiture, dommage je m’étais habitué en Arménie

- room was a way bigger than i expected (and i used to in this budget) - staff were extremely polite and friendly - we were living on a ground floor with trees outside of the window making nature noises, i do not remember when i slept so good

neighbor is a bit hard to walk for my elder aunt but it's pretty fair for the entire city

Breakfast was ok, they should offer real coffee - they only had instant coffee. The food was ok. The room had a good view on Tbilisi.

I gave them a pair of trousers to clean oil spots out. They charged me their price of 40Gel for it (expensive but I accept this is their price.) but they gave me the trousers back not clean. The whole process lasted 4 days! The management refused to refund me the 40Gel after I complained. I really think that this is not how you do business and treat clients if you want them to come back to your place. I paid for a service that was not done the way it was promised and they refused me to refund. Not good and a BIG MINUS. I will take this negative review back if the hotel will contact me for a refund!
