The ship was exceptional and the cruise lived up to expectations. The tour guide Ronald was brilliant keeping guests across the events and plans. He greeted us warmly every morning and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The hospitality staff were great and Mr Tan looked after us very well. The rooms were spacious and well laid out and we enjoyed our balcony very much. It was an unforgettable experience.

Rudeness of some guests at meal times was a little hard to take. The food catered to a wide range of cultures and staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. But some people are just disrespectful and entitled.

The boat was beautiful. Rooms were big and spacious, balcony was nice and enough room to sit comfortably. Food was a great choice Vietnamese and European . Beautiful clean rooms and bathroom with spa. Obviously the views were stunning and no boats blocking our view. We was on the 2nd floor. Staff were like a loving family that bent over backwards to assure you have the most magical experience on board. We loved it that much, we booked another night whilst we was there. My partner was looking for Bolognese sauce with his pasta, as they had made just a carbonara sauce and when the staff heard about it they approached him and asked him if he would like a steak with mushroom sauce or some lamb chops so they actually went and cooked him a steak. It was amazing. The service was impeccable ❤️ They had so much food choice to choose from on the buffet I was more than happy and well fed on a vegetarian diet. They took me around and showed me everything vegetarian each night. Cocktails are cheap and they do a happy hour buy 2 get one free! Our waiters were Sonny, Tang and along with the manager (who is also a karaoke king!) 😃🎵🎤were absolutely amazing. We felt so honoured and appreciated everything this boat had to offer. Nothing was a problem to them and what we wanted and even when I got room service to have a coffee brought to us, she brought us croissants down too. We had our 1 year anniversary and they made it so romantic in the room and at dinner they made us a special romantic table and made us a cake which was really attentive. They cooked us a special beautiful salmon and lamb chops which was so beautiful and well presented. They also are happy for you to eat off the buffet after that meal which was nice of them to offer. Their attention to details was 10/10we can’t wait to go back ❤️❤️

Pool was very shaded and not deep Karaoke kept dropping out due to internet but they tried their hardest to keep it going Bottle of wine is very expensive. Expect to pay around $80 AUS for the cheapest

Zeer ruime, luxueuze, propere kamers! Zeer goed onderhouden, leuke activiteiten om te kunnen doen. Duidelijke planning. Mooi gebied & zwembad!

Het eten lag iets minder in lijn met het luxueuze van de overige zaken. Maar over het algemeen zeker lekker! Tijdens het zwemmen in zee moest je een zwemvest aandoen wat ook wel wat vervelend was.

Nous avons passé deux nuits à bord et avons adoré l’expérience. Le bateau est très luxueux, avec une décoration particulièrement soignée et de très beaux espaces. Le personnel est adorable, avec une mention spéciale pour Ronald, vraiment attentionné et sympathique. La croisière est très agréable et « chill », tout en proposant des activités très sympas qui rythment bien le séjour. Nous étions quatre et avions deux chambres communicantes : parfait ! Les chambres sont superbes, et gros coup de cœur pour la baignoire avec ses grandes vitres donnant directement sur la baie d’Ha Long… une vue absolument splendide. Les repas sont bons et suffisamment copieux, sans tomber dans l’excès de nourriture que l’on peut parfois avoir sur ce type de croisière. Une très belle expérience de deux nuits que nous recommandons !
