We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! We will definitely be staying again!

It was a little pricey but worth it!

The room was mostly clean and has kitchen amenities which we really like.

The room given to us (after about 30mins) has a broken door lock and peep hole. There were still crumbs on one of the bar stools. Also, we didn't appreciate that they gave us the wrong room at first. We booked for a King Suite with Sofa Bed, and we were given just the king bed without the sofa bed. We needed another bed, hence, what we booked. I went back down to the front desk to inform her that the room is not what we booked. She told us that that was the room which was assigned to us, so I insisted that's not what we booked and paid for. We booked this room months ahead, FYI. We needed that sofa bed. Then they offered us a refund so we can leave and choose another hotel (which by the way, we got there at 8:30pm after traveling a long day) or we can stay at two king rooms and waive the fee for the other king room. We just agreed to the latter option because it was already an exhausting day plus it was getting late. Took another 20mins and they found us a room that we originally booked - the king suite with sofa bed. Finally! So we went to our room, but the door lock was broken, the door peephole cover was broken. We didn't complain anymore as it was already getting late and we're exhausted. We just didn't like that it was just handled like that. They apologized at the very least. It was already inconvenient moving rooms with our luggage and it was already 9pm. We were supposed to just drop our luggage and explore downtown area but couldn't do it because of the stress and waiting to see which rooms we're getting. They didn't even offer any discount or complimentary service or whatever to make it up to us. They were nice, at least.
