The view of this place is awesome, the hotel is well maintained, the room is clean
8 / 10Doskonały·sty 2026
The staff assigned to us, Manish is exemplary in terms of service, pro activeness and patience. Extremely helpful and kind. He was always available and went to the extreme of even care which is a rarity. I lost the other name, but he helped me get my car up the parking. So overall the staff is very good and also pet friendly which was a delight to us.
The rooms could be better kept, need maintenance and up keep. Can understand its hard to stock up everything in the mountains, but no harm in checking with the guests prior to arrival about their expectations in such scenarios.
