The apartment is spacious and clean, located right next to Termini station — we specifically chose it because of our late arrival and early departure, and it was the perfect choice. The Colosseum is just a 26-minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a stove, a microwave, a sandwich maker, as well as butter, salt, and tea. A special thank you for the clear and detailed check-in instructions. We had no difficulties at all, even though we checked in at 3 AM — the modern electronic access system worked perfectly.

A few small things that could be improved: there were no coffee capsules for the coffee machine, and the water pressure in the shower could be stronger.

Location, access to public transport, wakability, arrangement to access the flat, comfortable beds

Limited space in the kitchen to prepare a breakfast (cutting, chopping, cooking), no chopping board.
