Delicious breakfasts, polite staff, clean rooms with well-maintained facilities.

There were issues with the water – long waits for hot water and sudden changes in water temperature whilst showering.

Staff were lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. Loved the Smart toilet perfect as there wasn’t a shataf. Smelt stunning as you walked into the hotel. Found the small statues dotted around a lovely touch. Decent loofah, toothbrush, wall mounted shower gel, slippers and dressing gowns. Small convenience shop near by. Easy to get around using Yandex. Breakfast ladies are really nice, you can orders eggs as you like them. We were offered a lovely porridge on the last day.

Would have liked some yogurt at breakfast. A few stairs to climb to get to reception and breakfast, so for those with mobility issues may find it difficult. Young gentleman takes your luggage to the lift though so that was appreciated. Based on some other reviews I thought there was no lift at all, but there is and it takes you to the floors for the rooms it’s just at the entrance there is no lift so was not an issue for us at all.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Auch das Personal ist freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum. Je nachdem, wohin man möchte, sind es jeweils etwa 3–4 Kilometer. Zwar sind die Taxis günstig, aber für einen ähnlichen Preis kann man auch ein Hotel direkt im Zentrum buchen. Vom Erdgeschoss in den ersten Stock gibt es keinen Aufzug, und leider wird auch keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck angeboten. Man muss seine Koffer selbst die Treppe hinauftragen. Die größte Enttäuschung war jedoch das Frühstück. Es ist weder kontinental noch landestypisch. Am ersten Tag war außerdem die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Der versprochene Ersatz ließ etwa 15–20 Minuten auf sich warten.
