Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wasserkocher für Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und lecker. Es gab Toast, Brot mit Aufschnitt, Joghurt mit Müsli und Obst und süßes Gebäck. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Adrian und das Team waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen.

Comfy bed, lovely hosts, fantastic breakfast spread (with good gluten free bread when I let them know in advance). Delicious local eggs with it. Good communication about check-in.
Able to check in early as we were heading to a wedding which was super.
Grand walk into Kilkenny, located in a quiet area.
Bathroom door stuck slightly leading to a couple panickey moments! But just required a little elbow grease.

Great room and so comfortable and welcoming. Really central and the host was so friendly and accommodating
The shower. It lacks pressure and heat so it’s tepid and not strong despite being at the highest settings.

The price was reasonable , but it went downhill in the last few years
The room states a private bathroom but it's across the hall and you have to lock and unlock with a key , it should be stated that it is not ensuite on booking.com . Breakfast has gone from cooked to continental affair with a selection of cheap lidi products and awful instant coffee. This place used to be a good B&B but it's all changed and differently not for the better
