Really nice place to stay. Clean and comfy. Although we never met the owner any questions we wrote were answered straight away and her help on our arrival through the intercom was excellent.
Only issue we had was minor TV and bedside lights didn't work batteries dead but certainly didn't effect our stay.

Everything about this place is amazing, including the host. Highly recommended

Good communication and ease of access, nice room, comfy bed and modern decor throughout. The TV was huge which my son liked when watching BBC iPlayer.
Just the heating being on as I found it too warm but that's just preference, I had to shut the windows as I can't deal with road noise. My Mrs would have had no issues with the temperature so it's not a negative just my only issue.
