Das Zimmer ist Mega. Modern, sauber, Klima und großer TV. Auch das Ausblick aus dem 7. Stock ist beeindruckend.

Wie bereits von anderen Personen vor uns bemängelt, war der Check-In auch für uns mühsam. Obwohl ich extra angekündigt hatte, dass wir gegen 15:15 da sein werden, mussten wir zwei verschiedene Personen auf WhatsApp kontaktieren und ca. 20min warten, bis endlich jemand kam und uns in die Wohnung ließ. Das Bad ist ebenfalls schön modern und renoviert, in der Männerdusche lief aber öfters das Wasser nicht richtig ab, wodurch Wasser anderer Gäste in der Dusche stand und Wasser und Dreck aus dem Abfluss nach oben gedrückt wurde. Zudem ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein paar Haken für Handtuch, Klamotten, etc. wären im Bad sehr hilfreich.

Location slightly different than the one in the description and it was communicated once we arrived to the point (after earlier questions about exact address). Additionally there is no information about wifi password and the information that to use the elevator you need 5 cents coins.

As advertised modern, clean room. Bathroom had as expected facilities and good location.

Check in was a struggle, as mentioned in other reviews the address was not as listed on the booking and was instead at 40, not 7. You also needed five cent coins in order to use the elevator, which we were made aware of as we were checking in. As we did not have the coins we had to climb 14 flights of stairs, or 140 steps if you prefer. There was also no communication from the host past check in and we never received a wifi password, despite asking.
