The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and generally very well maintained. It is located at the very end of a small road with several villas, directly by the beach, and we felt safe and comfortable in the area. We had three bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own spacious, well-equipped bathroom. The living room was also very large and comfortable. There is a small terrace/balcony with seating, as well as an outdoor shower by the pool. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient during our stay. It is located next to one of the bedrooms and the machines can be quite noisy, so I wouldn’t recommend running them while someone is trying to sleep. We did not use the kitchen apart from the refrigerator, so I cannot comment on the cooking facilities. The villa was generally very clean and clearly well looked after. The area itself is much quieter than Lamai, which can be a plus if you are looking for a more peaceful stay. There are several restaurants, massage places and a 7-Eleven within walking distance, although for more choice and livelier areas you will probably want to take a taxi. After we raised the issue with the pool, the management responded to our complaint and compensated us by waiving the electricity charges and refunding one night through Booking.com, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the pool. During our entire stay, the water was green and the pool was not usable. This was particularly disappointing because having a private pool was an important part of choosing this villa. Although the villa is directly on the beach, we did not really swim there either. There is a pier very close by where ferries and boats arrive and depart, so the water can be quite disturbed. The swimming area directly in front of the villa is also rather limited, although you can walk further along the beach to find other spots. One other issue was the plastic bath mats in the bathrooms. Although the bathrooms themselves appeared very clean, we lifted the mats and found significant black mould underneath them. Considering how clean the rest of the villa was, this was surprising and should definitely be addressed. It was a shame because the villa itself has a lot to offer. However, with neither the private pool nor the beach directly in front of the property really usable for us, we unfortunately couldn’t fully enjoy one of the main reasons for booking a beachfront villa.

Sehr gute Lage, Raumaufteilung war sehr gut, schöne Aussicht

Strom wird extra gezahlt und die Stromuhr wurde nicht fotografiert und wir mussten für 4 Tage 2000 Baht (54 €) zahlen. Es hat teilweise sehr schlimm gestunken.

Perfekt Lage 😃 wir können diese Villa bestens weiterempfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Leider lief die Poolbeleuchtung tagsüber bei Tageslicht, wir hätten gern die Gemütlichkeit mit der Beleuchtung am Abend genossen. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise wurde dies nicht geändert. Aber das hat unseren wunderschönen Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt. Der extrem Laute Nachbar (Dauermieter) feiert gern bis tief in die Nacht. Danke an das gesamte Team:-)
