Great location and apartment size was perfect. Was able to walk to James street in less than 5 mins.
No pool towels provided and there are none at the pool, so we had to use our bath towels and constantly wash them. The beds were also quite hard especially in the main bedroom, you can even feel a spring coming through. The dining table also needs replacing as it wobbles and is about to break.
If they provided towels, fixed the table and got new mattresses this would be a 10.

The people at letting co along with swell apartments were really nice and helpful when we had questions, they were patient as well
We needed more information as the room number, we didn't get told that the number on the letter and on the keys, was actually different to our room number. Next time it would be helpful to know that information, as we had to go back to letting co from the apartment to find out our room number
