Shiro made our stay in Tokyo unforgettable. He is a highly professional, attentive, and communicative manager who truly cares about his guests. He was incredibly kind, giving special gifts to my daughter at check-in and check-out. He accommodated every single request we had without hesitation. The apartment was very clean, the access and check in were easy, there were free water and drinks certificates.

We booked two bedroom apartment, but in reality it was a studio without any separate bedrooms and the doors were only for bathroom. The kind-a-bedroom - a small nook with a bed, was barely usable, as there was no AC. Also the location was not amazing - the apartment is located between two-stories highway (extremely noisy) and Yurikamome train (convenient for traveling, but also a bit noisy). There was absolutely no view from the windows. Given that, I would like to know all these nuances in advance - in this case I would choose another location. For someone who is looking for a studio and do not mind noise, that could be a good place.

The apartment building is a great location if you plan to visit Tokyo during 2 or 3 days. 20min to HANEDA airport, close to the main train lines to go all around Tokyo. We loved the design, and real immersion in the modern Japanese architecture.

Not very equipped if you plan to cook. But you’re in Tokyo, eat outside!
