The host is very nice and responsive. met us at the property and showed around. The apartment is big and new (some things are still ongoing around). The location is perfect, walking distance from old town, supermarket and nice public beach, although the house is on the hill so take into account for those with physical challenges. The view from the living room and a balcony is stunning. you see the bay and the mountains. well equipped kitchen and amenities. the beds are comfortable. dish washer and washing machine are useful. the 2 bedroom apartment is on the second floor, no elevator for those who need to carry have luggage.

first night there was no hot water, the host came and changed the boiler settings to maximum. the capboard door in the bed room almost fell on my leg when trying to open it, because there were no screws on the upper part. the pans in the kitchen are used and sticky, require change.
