The hotel is very good. Facilities are in very good conditions and the staff is quite helpful. They also serve western food.
Maybe the fact that they only offer transfer to one of the airports , but not to pudong airport

The breakfast was fantastic, a lot of varieties. Excellent value for money, great package with multiple free services, like free drinks/snacks fill up everyday; free laundry service; free shuttle bus to and from Hong Qiao airport, etc. not to mention that the staff are very helpful.
Will definitely stay again next time I go back to Shanghai.
Nothing really, maybe a bigger room next time 😊
