The pool was closed, and wasn't disclosed to us until we got to the lobby and there was a paper sign taped to the wall. We couldn't get enough clean towels for each guest to have one clean towel. They said they didn't have enough; we asked three times. The milk for the cereal in the morning was left out and warm- no ice bath or refrigeration. There was an uber eats sticker reciept stuck to my side of the night stand from the previous guest's stay.
