An ideal place to stay in a beautiful area with nice personal touch from the staff. We appreciate how the place has its own unique way to present itself, in contrast with many more homogeneous standard hotels. The room was lovely and the restaurant was quite excellent. We hope to visit again.

The room was very comfort and spotless. And well decorated. The staff were excellent and the dinner and breakfast very good.

Ate in the pub both nights - excellent food, plenty of choice. Breakfast also excellent especially the French toast, bacon and maple syrup. Very comfy bed, strong shower, all spotless. The team were friendly and professional, nice atmosphere. There is some road noise but didn’t bother us much.
We’d highly recommend and will definitely go to another Chickpea pub.
