We LOVED this place. It has a “library” theme in the common areas, which really do feel like being in a beautiful public library. It has coffee and tea available all day, with “sweets” time (free Hokkaido cookies) in the late afternoon and cocktail hour in the early evening. It also has the most *amazing* breakfast buffet, with dozens of different dishes emphasizing local Hokkaido dairy products and beef. We were here for two nights and the breakfast dishes were different again on the second morning.
The room was great too, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and location was convenient to the station and to central Sapporo. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and the mattress and pillows were more comfortable than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We extended our check out time and that process was very easy as well. Would stay here again.
