Lots of good food within walking distance. Neighborhood was fairly quiet even on the weekend. Derek, the host was excellent. Really great communication.

This was a nice clean place to stay and quiet. We felt secure with the two locked doors that could only be accessed with codes. Also this is very convenient to Penn station and is perfect for accesibg NYC!
