Experience an unforgettable escape at Villa Mycenae, a luxurious two-level private residence nestled within a prestigious clifftop complex just moments from the capital of Santorini. Elevated on the edge of the Caldera, this exclusive villa offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the volcanic landscape, and the world-famous sunsets that define the island’s romantic allure.

Designed for couples or small families seeking seclusion and elegance, Villa Mycenae spans approximately 70 square metres and combines Cycladic charm with contemporary luxury. On the upper level, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living space featuring a comfortable sofa bed, dining nook, minibar, and a compact bathroom with shower. A balcony with seating opens to the sweeping sea views, setting the tone for relaxation. The lower level is dedicated to the master suite, fitted with a European king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom with an oversized hydro-massage Jacuzzi tub. From the bedroom, wide glass doors lead directly to a private hot tub area with views across the caldera, and stairs connect down to the villa’s exclusive pool terrace, furnished for sunbathing and al fresco lounging.

The villa comfortably accommodates two adults, though a third adult or two children may be accommodated on the living room’s sofa bed. For families with infants, baby cots and high chairs can be provided on request at no additional cost.

Guests of Villa Mycenae enjoy a full suite of luxury amenities, including air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchenette, minibar, bathrobes and slippers, luxury toiletries, and twice-daily housekeeping. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served directly at the villa, and a free shuttle service to the town centre operates from 09:15 to 22:00 daily. Additionally, complimentary arrival and departure transfers from the airport or harbour are included, as is secure on-site parking.

A dedicated concierge team is on hand 24 hours a day to assist with reservations, transport, and bespoke experiences across the island. Room service is available for 16 hours daily, and laundry and babysitting services can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please note there is no security deposit required for Villa Mycenae. There are no hidden fees for standard services; however, optional extras such as laundry, babysitting, and minibar usage are subject to additional charges.

Villa Mycenae is part of a renowned and expansive complex offering the highest standard of hospitality, inspired by traditional Cycladic architecture and enhanced with modern comforts. As with all villas in this complex, outdoor pool and hot tub temperatures are set seasonally, with pools heated to 28°C and hot tubs to 37°C between April 15th and October 15th. During the off-season (October 15th to April 15th), lower ambient temperatures and winds may prevent outdoor water features from reaching their optimal temperature.

With its cliffside setting, private outdoor spaces, and serene atmosphere, Villa Mycenae is a superb choice for those seeking refined luxury and unforgettable views in one of Santorini’s most iconic locations.
