A set of two rooms: La Serge & Jane and the Kinky Love Room, each 20 m², air-conditioned with smart TVs. Enjoy a 160 m² shared garden with fruit trees, vegetable patch, and barbecue. The 75 m² wellness area is covered and available year-round by reservation and for an extra fee: professional therapeutic spa, counter-current swim spa, infrared sauna, foosball, pool table, and large-screen projector.



All wellness area bookings must follow house rules before reserving. Not suitable for children or guests with reduced mobility.



For bookings of 1–3 guests, only one room is available. For 4 or more guests, both rooms are accessible.

Spacious 325 m² winegrower's house in Lespignan offering two large guest rooms for 4 or 5 people. Each 20 m² room ensures comfort and privacy: the first is fully equipped, the second includes an additional 120 cm bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature smart TVs. Guests share a large common area with a big table, panoramic sofa, pool table, projector, and music corner.



On the ground floor, a 75 m² wellness area—covered and accessible year-round under certain conditions and available for an extra fee—features a professional massage spa, counter-current swimming spa with adjustable turbine, infrared sauna, foosball, and ping-pong.
