A small ground-floor apartment for one person—or perhaps two for the same price—is located in the heart of Cancun’s hotel zone, surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, and nightclubs, just 5 minutes from the beach.(walking) 200 meters.

The accommodations are located in a residential and commercial complex; the residential area shared by the accommodations features a garden with benches where you can relax while enjoying the view of the palm trees and the building. and although it doesn’t have a pool, that doesn’t prevent you from enjoying the shopping malls and restaurants—one of its highlights is being just 200 meters away (a 5-minute walk) from the beach (on foot). You can bring a chair, a beach umbrella, and a cooler to spend a pleasant day by the sea

It’s ideal for sleeping and has a small window, but you can step out of the small unit and sit on the benches in the housing complex’s garden

Inside the small unit, you’ll find one of the best double beds with soft mattresses, a small table with a chair, and a convection oven so you can make countless dishes, a coffee maker, a 32-inch TV, 80 MB high-speed internet, and air conditioning

The bathroom is small, but it has all the essentials for personal hygiene and is very comfortable
