Make sure you get travel insurance, this host will not let you cancel for any reason! The location is awesome, house is very dated but clean and big! We had an issue with a kayak sinking, thanks to a life vest turned out ok, please bring life vests if you plan to use the boats. The listing is old, lawn games, ect were not there. Host was very responsive if you need anything.

The house, beach and view was everything and more than what was described to me by Paul before coming out. The kitchen was fully stocked, the view from the master bedroom was gorgeous. The house was very spacious. Paul (the owner) was very helpful and accommodating. This was the best family vacation so far since starting our yearly vactions 9 years ago
