My wife and I stayed here while visiting our son, who goes to Purdue at the Indy campus. It is very close to everything, and there are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance, so you are covered there. The property is nice and well-kept. The initial check-in was super smooth, and there is ample and inexpensive parking right across the street. Our only issue (and why 4 stars) was how an elevator outage was handled on the first night. While I understand these things happen, communication was confusing—a random call with little explanation, followed by unclear instructions. When we returned, multiple guests couldn’t access their rooms, and the lockbox keys for the stairwell were poorly labeled, leading to several trips up and down seven flights of stairs before we figured out the keys were universal. You need a key to access any of the floors via the stairwell. They didn't tell us that. My son figured it out. It took about an hour to get in. Better preparation and a small gesture of compensation would have gone a long way.

As advertised! Roomy. clean! Felt safe! My first experience with an Air b&b. Great host, fantastic communication. Will do this again if need arises with our host - Max!!

Great location and great space to connect downtown for a weekend with a friend. Host was helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

Host was great in communication. Location was great. Says twin sofa bed but in reality its just a sofa, no bed. Walls are super thin, could hear traffic and sirens all night and morning. Parking was convenient. Place was clean and upkept nice. The only part that was not clean was when we picked up the cushions of the sofa to look for the sofa bed and found candy wrappers. Felt nickel and dimed - Paid a premium for a busy weekend in indy and then get asked to pay more for early check in and then get email asking to pay more if I want late check out. When you pay a premium and there is noone in there the day before I don't feel like I should get nickel and dimed.
