Easy check in with ocean view upstairs. Good location.

The residence is a bit shabby. While most amenities are there, we would not recommend it.Suggest look at developing an alternative entrance than via a very heavy garage door, steep narrow staircase and difficult right angle turns. The decks were pleasant though had not been cleaned in a while. Spider webs proliferated. This place generally had an unloved feel.
