Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. Nice view and easy access to the ocean. Folks very friendly. Shopping, dining, and church close by. Full kitchen offers option to prepare own meals when desired. This was our second stay and we're likely to return, that sums it up!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our summer vacation. The Condo was clean but we had a few plumbing issues that were addressed by Maintenance. We loved the location of the Condo. The parking was ridiculous that you had to purchase extra parking passes to park in the Overflow lot. Security coming around during the day and threatening to fine guests for having beach wagon/floats outside the door (that was not blocking walkway) while you came in to eat lunch is also very frustrating. I understand rules but give us a minute..... we’re are on vacation.
