The front door of this 33 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space.

The living room features a very comfortable sofa bed for two, as well as a television. It opens onto a balcony with a lovely view.

The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (microwave, kettle, coffee machine).

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens. A large closet is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a toilet.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

A professional cleaning service is carried out between each stay.

All that’s left for you to do is unpack and enjoy!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

Don’t miss the Buttes-Chaumont Park, a vast urban park offering stunning views over the city. Jaurès is a vibrant area where history, nature, and modernity come together.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Botzaris (line 7B), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
