The accommodation
Architect's house from the beginning of the last century with all the charm of an old house still in "its original state".
It consists of a first floor of 100m² where the kitchen, the dining room, the living room (+bar) and the small living room (convertible into a 5th bedroom) are located. On this same level, the two living rooms are extended by a 15m² veranda, which in turn extends onto a 30m² terrace equipped with a 2m/3m/0.7m pool (which can be heated up to 35 degrees) and with fields as far as the eye can see.
On the first floor (100m²) are:
- the master suite: a 25m² bedroom with a super king size bed (200/200) and a communicating bedroom with a double bed (140*200),
- a guest bedroom with a queen size bed (160/200),
- a small bedroom with a double bunk bed (80*190)
- a bathroom equipped with 2 sinks, a shower cubicle and a bathtub.
The house is more suitable for stays with friends than for families. It can accommodate up to 12 people. There is a bar in the lounge. The terrace has a private pool that can be heated between May and October and can be accessed at will.
All the services offered are not included in the rental price. Rates are to be defined on a case-by-case basis.
For meals, bbqs and other menus are possible (from €20/25 per person).
Respect for the neighborhood requires that there is no more noise outside, especially on the terrace in the evening. During the day, tenants are asked to avoid untimely noises (screaming, shouting, etc.).
