Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, this rustic-chic home offers the charm of mountain living with plenty of space to relax and recharge. The inviting living area features a smart TV (stream easily with your own apps), a DVD player for movie nights, and a collection of board and card games. Large shade trees keep the home cool in summer, while the covered patio and porch provide the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a slow cooker, blender, mixer, and air fryer in addition to standard appliances. The dining area is ideal for family meals, game nights, or simply gathering together after a day of exploring.

Master Bedroom: King bed, attached half bathroom, smart TV for easy streaming.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + 2 twin beds.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a quiet escape, Mountain Haven is your perfect retreat in the high country—peaceful, inviting, and full of charm.

Guests will have full use of the cabin, including a convenient pull-around driveway that makes parking trailers a breeze. There’s plenty of space for multiple vehicles, with room for up to 5.

Snowy conditions are common in our area during winter, and we want to help you prepare. Here are our recommendations from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present.:

- 4WD Vehicles Required: These are best suited for navigating snowy and icy roads.
- Snow Chains: Bringing snow chains is recommended, especially for added safety in severe conditions.
- Check Weather & Road Conditions: Monitor forecasts and road updates before traveling. Use the UDOT app or website.

We arrange for snow removal services to clear the driveway at properties where it’s required. However, please note that road access to the property is dependent on county snow removal services, which may experience delays during heavy snowfall.

Please note that we are not responsible for transportation issues due to weather or road conditions. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related challenges, and guests are responsible for any towing or additional transportation expenses they may incur. If you’re concerned about potential weather impacts, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your travel investment.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events.
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
- There is no garbage disposal. Septic tanks are for liquids only—do not put oils, coffee grounds, grease, or food down the sink.
- Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood.
- Parking is allowed only in the driveway. Do not park on the road.
- Absolutely no carving or damaging the trees on the property.
