This property exceeded our expectations! The location and proximity to crescent beach were ideal. The house’s multiple family spaces and dining areas allowed all of us to join up or spread out as we wanted. The saltwater pool was so nice to hang out after a day at the beach and all the beach gear provided was great too! The cleanliness and amenities enabled us to relax and completely enjoy our stay- I highly recommend it!

This property was awesome. I just can’t say enough about it. Very clean and so nicely decorated and fresh and new. Plenty of room to spread out or be on your own. Several living spaces and bedrooms and bathrooms make it perfect for a large family. I’m so happy I found this house for me and my family. Very close to the beach and everything we all love at siesta key. I’m so sad our vacation is over. We all look forward to returning to this house again.

Overall the property was amazing. Everything was super clean, and accessible within the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could think of. The location was great as well, less than 5min walk to the beach. Excellent stay overall!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Sanctuary at the Point! The location was perfect. It is close to the beach and within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us (4 adults and 4 kids). The pool is not very big, but the kids still had a great time in it. Ascendia Group was great to work with. I will definitely go through them for future trips to Siesta Key!
