Chiemsee Barrierefrei offers vacation apartments that welcome people with and without disabilities. Our goal is to provide a relaxing vacation for everyone in a pleasant setting. We offer a well-equipped, newly built property from 2023 with a large garden.
The spacious and high-end apartment features a living room with its own high-quality kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Ideal for your family vacation, a getaway with friends, or spending time together with your residential group—here you’ll find the perfect space for relaxing days together. In the living area, the three-meter-wide panoramic window lets in plenty of natural light and offers breathtaking views of the Alps and the nature reserve beyond. The built-in acoustic ceiling ensures balanced room acoustics. All windows are equipped with roller shades so you can maintain a comfortable indoor climate even on hot days. From the living area, you have direct, threshold- and step-free access to your own spacious balcony lounge with a view of the mountains. Here you can relax and wind down in the evening. The three bedrooms are arranged as follows: Fraueninsel Room: 1 double bed (180 cm) with private bathroom (max. 2 people) Herreninsel Room: 2 single beds, 1 sturdy bunk bed (also suitable for adults) with private bathroom (max. 3 people) Krautinsel Room: 1 single bed, 1 double bed (160 cm) built into a cozy alcove, with its own accessible bathroom (max. 3 people)
A guest folder with suggestions for excursions is available. You have free access to bicycles, go-karts, the adventure garden, etc. A parking space with a charging station for electric cars, Wi-Fi, bed linens, final cleaning, and towel service are included; a free washer and dryer are also available to our guests. In the garden, you’ll find several seating areas to relax. A free baby cot is available. Use it as a starting point for day trips to Lake Chiemsee, the Alps, and the surrounding historic old towns.
