Property was clean and has great amenities. Pool was nice to have, bonus that it is indoors. Lots of room for large groups. The propane fire pit was nice and patio was great to hang out after dark. A few items that didn’t greatly affect the stay. The pickleball court does not look like the pictures. A lot of the paint has peeled away and the net is not really functional. The tetherball wasn’t usable. My grandkids were looking forward to this since they never heard of tetherball. The slide was not usable because it the very end was warped and not attached to the ground. The play house was left in a mess from a previous stay and we found some golf clubs laying around outdoors. The pool felt cooler than advertised and they acknowledged our concern but never sent someone out to check the heater. However, the pool is nice and the grand kids enjoyed the pool immensely. Overall it is a nice property, especially for large groups but a few things could be improved upon.

A nice property with lots of room for guests and outdoor space.

Was an issue with the pool heater that the owner addressed immediately. Everything else was amazing. Plenty of stuff to do at the location itself with a Pickleball court and play houses for kids. Overall set up was great. You could see everything from the main living room great view of the outside and back. Was worried about it being too far out, but was easy access and not too far from the strip and Pigeon Forge. We really liked it, but more importantly, was plenty of space and the kids and very young grandkids really loved the vacation. We’ve stayed at several nice places and rest of family thought this was one of the top. We definitely recommend.

This was a great property! It was clean and exactly as described. I would have rated the property higher if it was not for the ants. They were all over the kitchen counter and kitchen sink. When I notified the host about the ants there only response was to ask for pics and ask if they were bothering us. Of course we’re bothering us! We had to get rid of some things the ants got into and we were constantly on the lookout for mor because we had a toddler traveling with us and didn’t want them getting on the baby. I wish they would have come to address the issue while we were there. They never did even after receiving pics they requested!
