The owners are extremely responsive and were able to answer any questions and concerns our group had.

great location for Xavier Graduation! Lots of room, big dining table which is fantastic when you have lots of people, and want to eat together. Off street parking was a plus!

We had 5 cars and all fit comfortably in the driveway behind the house. The bunk room was great space for my daughter and her family. The area around the house is a nice walking location, with stores, restaurants and parks close by.Over all I could not have asked for anything more.

The host was welcoming and the property did serve its purpose. The accommodations were however, exaggerated. The living room couch is counted as a bed that sleeps two but there are no extra blankets for the cold sofa. Every other bed that is larger than a twin counts as sleeping at least two people, so expect to share full size beds. The first floor bathroom is extremely cold with no ventilation. The shower takes some practice getting into without soaking the entire bathroom. The shower head is much too high. The 2nd floor bathroom window had no covering leaving guest exposed. The third floor shower leaks into the ceiling of one of the second floor bedrooms, wetting the carpet near the closet. The property is not handicap accessible .The back screen door lock is broken.
