This property has secure garage parking as well as an additional carpark onsite.
Broken house rules will incur additional fees
No smoking, No parties and no shoes inside please.
• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.
• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.
• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.
*For same-day bookings, a 3:00 PM check-in may not always be possible due to our cleaning schedule. We will have the property ready for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The property was perfect for our stay in Launceston. It was clean and comfortable and had beautiful views across the valley. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed our stay in this property.
