Apartment with 1 fairly large master bedroom, featuring a 6-door closet and a dresser, and 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together upon request; it’s a bit smaller but still comfortable. There is a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and an exercise bike; a bathroom with a shower and washing machine that was completely renovated in September 2024.
Finally, the kitchen-dining area is fully equipped with all appliances (electric oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher) and comes with pots, pans, and everything else you need for cooking. The air conditioning was replaced in July 2023. The following items are provided: hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, and dish soap for hand-washing dishes. The apartment is located in a beautiful, fairly quiet apartment building, near which you’ll find many shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pizzerias. Bus stops for Venice (reachable in 10–12 minutes) are just 3 minutes away; buses run every 10 minutes during the day (every 15 minutes on holidays) and about every half hour at night. It’s easy to reach from the Venice Mestre train station—just a 12-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away—and there are also buses to and from Tessera Airport.
