The spa ihas a mineral salt chlorinator which offers softer, silkier water with less skin, eye, and hair irritation, reduced chlorine odour, with less-chemicals required to maintain so it is more eco-friendly.

It’s just a 7-minute drive to Rosebud or McCrae bay beaches for family-friendly swimming, and around 15 minutes to Rye Ocean Beach or Gunnamatta for surf lovers. From the property, you also have direct walking access to Arthurs Seat National Park and the Two Bays Trail, perfect for mountain biking, bushwalking, and exploring.

We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
