The property was as described in Vrbo. There were a few issues that I would like to share with you. We had an ant problem from day 1. Although property management did set traps the ant issue persisted for our entire stay. Second issue, the water pressure in the master and ensuite bathroom was not very strong. PM could not resolve this during stay. While it was not terrible it could have been better. The fridge ice maker leaked water on the floor. For the good; we loved furniture and accessories in the condo. It was extremely comfortable (sofas and beds). Each room had a large Tv which was fantastic. The garage parked was excellent and avoided getting into a hot vehicle. Loved the pool and pool area. The property is centrally located and close to all shopping at Kierland. We loved the experience and would definitely book again. Thanks for making our vacation in Scottsdale one that we will fondly remember.

I had a 9 night stay with my husband and our small dog.Pros: • Able to comfortably WFH - good WiFi and there are 2 dining tables • Large tvs and easy to sign onto streaming services • Stocked with enough supplies - dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels • Garage parking • Fridge has ice and water filter built in • LOCATION - amazing! Walking distance to the Westin, Kierland Commons and the grocery store. We loved going out for walks. • Communication - there was not an iron and ironing board and they brought us one within a few hours. Things to note: • Directions to the unit itself could be more clear. The GPS took us to the wrong unit and we had to call to get clear instructions, as well as ask community members for assistance. It may be beneficial to add the building number to the address and/or give clear directions for when you enter the community (ex: turn left). • Water pressure in the master bedroom shower and sinks was on the lower side, but still ok. • Couch was comfortable but if you have more than 2 people it’s not easy to lounge around. A sectional or even a chaise would’ve been better for the space (just my opinion though, otherwise super nice) • Difficult to get the dishwasher to latch and lock. Had to jiggle it around several times. • Gym has a decent amount of equipment but super small. We were able to make it work! Overall, great place and would definitely stay again!

Great location and place to stay !

Communication regarding the property was fantastic. Having a garage to park in was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The surrounding area was quiet. Unfortunately, our week’s vacation would have been so much better if only the beds and couch were comfortable. If you enjoy sleeping on concrete or the floor, then this is the place for you. After the first night, we thought about leaving and getting a hotel. It’s hard to enjoy the next day when we were lacking sleep. It was obvious during each evening meal we were dreading going back to the condo. By the end of the week, we were ready to go home to get some quality sleep.
