Enjoyed our stay! Had to communicate about a key issue and management was not always easy to deal with but it worked out! Place was convenient and clean. Beds were good and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

Nice unit that was mostly as advertised. Bright, modern space in a good location (for our needs).Communication needs improvement in several areas (timeliness, accuracy, tone).

The location is good. Views are not quite how I thought they'd be in person. Very clean but could use new towels and extra towels; current ones are pretty shabby. Stains on mattress cover and pillows when I stripped the bed. Confusing instructions for front door to building and only received one set of keys. Bldg keypad entrance took MANY times to work and often didn't, had to wait for another person to open door. A booklet would be helpful inside the apartment. Check out instructions stressed me out as we were packing for airport...seemed like a lot of stuff for us to do (strip beds, take out trash, put towels in a pile, start laundry- which requires payment and is in the hall). I did text and D said to not worry about the laundry, which was in use when I check.

The view is spectacular. There were not enough towels and the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were watered down in the guest bathroom. Unfortunately, the building reeked of smoke, and the apartment had a strong plugin fragrance that we could not get rid of even after unplugging it and trying to air it out. Both were hard on one of us with asthma. Due to the latter, we would not be able to stay here again.
