The house is located in a central neighborhood of the city with all amenities within easy reach.
We’re just outside the historic center; the street is a side street, so there’s very little traffic.
Just a few meters away, you’ll find all kinds of shops, large supermarkets, pharmacies, a bank, a post office, cafes, restaurants, and much more.
Just 150 meters from the house is the shuttle bus stop; the bus will take you to the center in just 5 minutes—you can buy your ticket at the nearby bar and tobacco shop.

Also about 150 meters from the house, you’ll find a convenient covered parking lot for a fee of about 15 euros per day.

The Space
The house has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.
You can rest comfortably in the “Michelangelo” bedroom, which features a French bed (140 cm).
The “Firenze” bedroom, on the other hand, features a double bed, and for groups of 5 guests, there is a comfortable 110-cm sofa bed in the same room.

You’ll have access to a spacious kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, a large powder room with a double sink, and a bathroom with a bidet and a spacious, beautiful shower.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the first floor on a quiet street, and there is only one step to enter.

Other things to keep in mind
The new T2 tram line has just started operating; it runs directly from theexit of Peretola Airport and takes you in about 15 minutes to a stop approximately 200 meters from the apartment. You’ll need to get off at the “LIBERTÀ” stop. Trains run every 5 minutes.
Of course, the same applies for your return trip to the airport on the day of departure.
