Larry was great with communication. We enjoyed the safe, quiet location, yard and plenty of street parking during a busy FIFA World Cup weekend. We even took the bus & Uber to UCLA for our son’s graduation with no problems.

This place is wonderful. Very modern! Everything you need. The whole home is absolutely an adventure. We loved every moment. I’m in love with the toilet! I may need to get one. Larry was wonderful, supportive, available. Larry, thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay

We had a great overall stay and really appreciated the host’s flexibility—especially being accommodating with us hosting a baby shower during the day, which made the trip extra special! There were definitely some memorable touches—the toilet, oddly enough, was a standout and a big hit for our group. A couple of things to note for future guests: the AC wasn’t working when we arrived, and it would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Also, a small tweak like angling the shower head away from the glass opening would help keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor.Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the host’s responsiveness and loved the property! Easy parking and walkable to do many restaurants in the area.

Nice to sit on the outdoor sofa very quiet and private great outdoor tub and great shower
