The building and stairs were older but the condo was beautiful and the walk to the beach amazing. The grandkids loved the pool too. Very nice.

Our stay was great!! We were there for Coastal Carolina University graduation. It was a perfect layout for our family. It was a great location and very convenient to get to anything you could think of. Only thing that was missing was the deck furniture that was pictured in the listing. A minor detail but still would’ve been nice.

Location is great! It’s on the third floor so there are lots of steps. It seemed as though it wasn’t occupied for a while before our stay so it was dusty and could have used a good cleaning prior to our stay. Bring your own towels as there aren’t any and sheets as I don’t think they are cleaned regularly. Beach gear was a plus and had everything we needed for the beach. The property manager was helpful. There was no furniture on the balcony as in the picture and they came out and provided us some chairs. Overall it was good for the price.
