• Occupancy Limits: Maximum overnight occupancy is 16 guests total (maximum of 10 adults). Up to 4 daytime visitors are permitted only with prior written host approval.
• No Parties or Events: Commercial gatherings, unapproved vendors, DJs, live bands, and loud outdoor music are strictly prohibited. An outdoor Minut decibel monitoring device is installed on the back patio to ensure compliance (it measures volume levels only; it does not record audio or conversations).
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Pets & Smoking: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property to accommodate guests with severe allergies.
• Property Integrity: Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. Tampering with security cameras, breaker panels, or pool equipment is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate reservation cancellation.
• Trash Service: A professional Trash Concierge manages your curbside bins directly from the gate, so you never have to worry about wheeling cans to the street.

This property exceeded expectations. The location is excellent in a beautiful neighborhood, the house is very clean and very well appointed with everything needed from kitchen supplies to linens, pool toys, etc. The house is modern, beautiful and so tastefully decorated inside and out. Communication with the owners was excellent. We did have a couple of minor issues with furniture and appliances that were addressed promptly and courteously. We were a large group of family with adults and kids 7-17 celebrating my grandmothers 100th birthday on the 4th of July and the owners sent her a balloon bouquet to the house, incredibly thoughtful! I highly recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.

This property had everything that we needed and more! There were so many things that we didn’t need to bring with us because they had it! The pool was heated perfectly! Everyone tried the cool rock slide and diving board. We had plenty of sitting space in the shade or sun. We loved all of the outdoor floaties and toys. They had everything we needed for the kids ages 7 mo, to 2, 5 and 9 years old. This house has plenty of indoor space too! The whole family enjoyed playing in the game room, 94 year old grand dad even tried skeeball The bigger two had fun in the secret tunnel The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals there. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect! Hosts were very communicative and really care about ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend, especially for families with young kids, or a couples vacation. Thanks again!

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. We had 4 generations enjoying a spring getaway and this property had something for everyone! We loved the pool, outdoor fireplace and grill, game room (super cool!!), and different lounging areas. So many details considered in this rental, from coffee pods, to first aid needs, to sun glasses! The owners were extremely helpful and attentive. It was truly a joy to stay here. It is worth noting this home is also a great location to enjoy Spring Training games in Suprise or Peoria.
