Our Penthouse was wonderful! Very spacious, extremely clean and convenient to beach, restaurants, John's Pass, Mini Golf and Atomic Claw! Which my grandson loved!Woody's was great for jet skis, John's Pass arcade hours of fun for kids and to get out of the sun, Ricky T', great little restaurant and bar. And Publix was close by for their great handmade sandwiches. Our host Kurt was extremely attentive and we found a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift upon our arrival.I definetly recommend this apartment, 601. It is very comfortable and feels like home! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful view, Kurt was great with responsivess.

The space was perfect for our family. It was clean, nice linens and towels, a few items that could be used at the beach. The host was very responsive and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants.

We spent two weeks at Grandview getaway and loved every minute of it! The condo is well equipped and the patio is awesome. Overall the property is very clean and has everything you’ll need. Would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation!
