Located in Matthews, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 23-minute drive to SouthPark Mall or the 22-minute drive to Bojangles' Coliseum (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a fireplace and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as a microwave. And thanks to the washer and dryer, you'll even be able to travel light.

The house was great. The location worked well for us and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked and served us well for a 3 week stay.

The kitchen did not have mixing bowls or any sheet pans, but was otherwise stocked ok - multiple pots and pans for the stove. The floor had something on it that made your feet brown and dirty, but otherwise, it was clean! Beds were comfortable and the little playground was nice, but quite dirty. Overall, good location for what we needed and would stay there again.

Beautiful and very clean home, was perfect for my family of four for an extended stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Would gladly stay here again, highly recommend!!
