10 stars! The pictures on the listing are wonderful and this home definitely exceeded what I was hoping for! As cozy as home, but with the feel of vacation. Jim & Bri have really put their heart into this property inside and out; the detailed decor and gardens are amazing. My girls loved the whimsical gardens, swing, firepit and bear decor; even our pup felt right at home. You won't need a thing; fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets were all available. The check in/out process couldn't have been easier, and host's communication was excellent before/during/after our stay. We didn't need anything during our stay, but if we did, I felt confident that help would be available right away. This is a wonderful get away for any season!

The rental is so nicely decorated and cozy. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. We stayed for 2 nights and Jim checked in with us a few times to make sure all was good and to see if we needed anything or had questions. It was cool temperature so we could use the wood burning stove in the living both nights, which made our nights even cozier. There is nice outdoor space to use as well but we did not end up using as it is was a bit too cool and rained the first evening. It was quiet for sleeping and centrally located. is great place to stay. We would stay here again.

This property is beautiful, with a cute well maintained garden. The house itself is secluded and cozy without being far away from North Conway, Storyland, & other fun attractions in the area. The house was clean & comfortable my mom and me very much enjoyed our stay!

Such a cozy and relaxing place! We even saw deer wandering through the woods behind the house. It’s conveniently close to town, yet still feels peacefully tucked away in the woods.
