Inside of house was clean. I was disappointed that the pool was not very clean. I submitted a ticket to check on the cleaning of the pool. I was told they come once a week. Someone came 3 days after we arrived to clean it. It still was not clean and had debris at the bottom. Also, I submitted a ticket that the door knob came off of the bedroom door leading to the outside back yard. I stated that I’d like for it to be fixed during our stay. It was not fixed. Bedrooms, kitchen and Living room were very spacious. Very nice two car garage. King-size bed in Master bedroom was extremely comfortable.

At first glance, the house seemed wonderful. And there were many great things about it: it was close to Anna Maria Island, several beaches and many good restaurants. The house layout was very nice, kitchen was good. Pool and back yard very nice. But at closer look, the house is not in great shape and seriously needs updating. Like a coat of paint for instance. And it would be so easy to purchase new sets of sheets and towels, and it would go a LONG way to making this place much nicer! Also, a good deep cleaning would do wonders. Overall, we enjoyed the place and our vacation was exceptional and we would love to stay again if the place was tweaked.
