the place was beautiful and the staff were brilliant.
the shower flooded the bathroom as its gutter/drain was clearly poorly designed.

The only downside was the restaurant , the food wasn’t up to the hotel standards. My partner is a chef, and we both ordered a medium rare steak and it came extremely rare, which was unfortunately hard to eat. However the staff were lovely, couldn’t fault them. The lovely waitress Mya could see we were unhappy and made sure everything was made right for us. We really want to thank her - great addition to your team. The service is very important in big establishment like this and the reputation. Unfortunately the food wasn’t up to the standards it should be, but thank you to such wonderful staff, it made our experience fantastic!

Rooms were clean, shower was lovely and the soaps were good. The Roof bar was good with great views
. Staff were helpful and was ready to help.
The roof bar was great with beautiful views but shut at 10pm
