espaço muito confortável, tudo muito limpo e empregados muito simpáticos! todas as comodidades do hotel são excelentes e todo o hotel esta com muito bom gosto e limpo. O buffet foi espetacular, tento ao pequeno almoço como ao jantar e a comida de qualidade

a agua quente falhava algumas vezes. a receção tambem deveria ser mais acessível de carro para check-in e check-out por exemplo - não é intuitivo que possamos parar o carro para descarregar as malas devido à cancela

Beautiful view at the breakfast to the beach and the mountains, nice staff, free Billard, spacious room with own small pool, great bar area with live music every day

Be prepared for a lot of steps to the city center, limited free parking especially in the evening

Big comfortable bed, clean sheets and room in general was clean.

Our stay at the hotel started good, or so we thought. Receptionist informed us that our room was upgraded to the room with terrace. At the beginning we thought it was nice but later we understood why probably no one wants that room: it was right above the restaurant terrace so it was loud every morning from 7am and every evening until 11pm. As well it smelled like food all the time. But it was nothing compared to those days when garbage trucks was picking trash at 4am or when the sewage was pumped right under our window early in the morning. In general the room was ok, little bit old but ok. The other weird thing was that we had same soap for everything: shampoo, shower gel, soap. Definitely not 4 stars hotel.

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato del personal y la ubicación el parking

No me gustó la limpieza, había manchas de orina en el inodoro y un matojo de pelos muy largos en el baño. La tarima estaba en mal estado y levantada, lo que da muy mala impresión.
