Perfect location, recently renovated so all new with nice detail. Double pane windows keep noise out even right on crowded piazza, and air conditioner and shower were great.

Really liked it, but should know that haven’t walk up old slanted stairs before reaching elevator. Not a problem, as they let you know in advance and have folks who help with bags.

Staff was excellent! Location was good if you want to be in the center of it all - and sound proof which is important by these historic sites like the Pantheon or Trevi Fountain. Okay size room and bathroom for 3 people.

No windows outward to square which wasn't disclosed in the reservation that I could find. Only one opening led to an internal shaft (cavedio I think is what they call it in an apartment building) where you hear clanking of dishes and smell of garbage. I asked about the possibility of another room but the other rooms with a legit window only accommodate 2 people...not 3. In addition, you felt like you were underground as it felt very cave like with no fresh air available. I don't recommend this room and especially if you are a bit claustrophobic as I am. They have a huge jacuzzi tub which I thought was a complete waste of space snd not worth it. Should have utilized this space for a sitting area where people can relax and put suitcases. In general there is never an ideal space in an Italy room for 3 or 4 suitcases...something that needs to be figured out instead of putting them on the floor where it's inconvenient to step around. I realky cant get over what these places charge for a riom like this. I wouldn't stay here again.
